Most quotes are one number. Ours is every line.
A lump-sum price tells you the total and nothing else. With KAV you see the same trade pricing we see, trade by trade, at cost. Our fee is a flat 15%, and it is the only thing we add.
Your final cost depends on scope, selections and site conditions. You see every line of it.

Our work running your project: planning, coordinating the trades and managing construction, with one project director throughout. It is the only thing we add to the trade costs.

Yes. Subcontractor quotes are shared with you instead of being buried inside a lump-sum number.

It depends on scope, selections and site conditions. On the first call we talk through your plans. Once the trades quote, you see every line of it.
